- Security: alarm system linked to a central, smoke detector in each room, carbon monoxide detector on each floor, and the possibility to lock your bedroom door. The house was also tested for radon and it does not have it.

"What I love the most in renting the place is how convenient transportation is. There are a lot of bus stops near the place and would take only less than 2mins to ctrain. You can leave the house anytime since there is always an available transportation near it. Ctrain is also near which is less than 8 minutes walk. Housemates including landlord are very nice and respectful. The house is sneaky clean and very homey. I love how large the room is and has a comfortable bed.
