Newly renovated one-bedroom basement suite in a big house in Riverbend SE (east of Deerfoot & south of Glenmore Trail), three minutes to Quarry Park. One block to Bow River and Carburn Park, half-minute to bus stop, close to shopping. You can bike and boat in the summer and skate in the winter. Please see the photos of the scenery. I need to find a renter who can do yard work and snow removal and gets $100/m discount payable at the end of the month. The $1100 is after discount. The suite is for one renter only. I will pay for internet, cable TV and gas, and we need to share electricity and water 50/50. This is mainly for energy conservation. I didn't ask renter to share those until I had a renter who used washer and dryer every second day and another one sealed off the vent in the basement so heat couldn't go through but at the same times using an electrical heater. If you are a responsible renter and actually care about energy conservation, these items are negotiable.
