Welcome to a matured, quiet and family-oriented neighbourhood of Spruce Cliff. We are looking for like minded people to fill our house with love and laughter.

We are steps away from playground and schools, the Greek Hellenic community center, Shaganappi golf course and public library. A 10 mins walk will take you to C-train station, bus depot and Westbrook mall where you’ll find added convenience stores, Walmart, Starbucks and much more.
Our house is located 5 kms from downtown (takes me 5 mins to reach office) and 20 mins from SAIT and University of Calgary.

Lower level provides a full bedroom suite and multiple windows with its own furnace. A large rec room offers space for family room and dining area while an adjacent kitchen boasts an eat up breakfast bar, full fridge, electric stove, dishwasher and a full-size sink. You’d love the full bath with its own tiny electric heater for colder days. We’ll have a shared laundry which is usually used once a week. You can feel free to use the backyard patio when needed and even to host parties. We love to host people and you will see our friends visiting us often.

If you like gaming/streaming, we’ve got the best in market internet with 1 Gig speed, and you don’t have to pay for it. Your contribution to the utilities will be 35% and 1-month deposit will be required when we shake hands in agreement to rental.
