Hey there.

I own my 2 bedroom condo and I am looking to rent the second bedroom. The condo is fully furnished. The room comes with a memory foam mattresse/bedframe. The room is 10’’x 9’’ With a large closet. You will need your own bedding. If you have your own bed, I can move this current bed out of this room and into my fiancés house, I’m sure her kids will appreciate this. There is two full sized fridges in the kitchen, kitchen table with bar stools, reclining lazyboy couch in the living room and a large tv with super fast internet.

I am looking for a responsible person to live here. Someone that knows how to clean their dishes after cooking. I value a clean home and want someone that believes in that as well.

I have found this place close to all nearby amenities, 3 minute drive to superstore, 5 minute drive to Southgate mall. 8 minute drive to whyte ave to watch a hockey game.


A little bit about me; I’m 37, soon to be engaged(she has her own place with her kids). I’m fairly active and social, have a rock climbing group in Alberta and a 2900 member social group in Edmonton. If you’re into those activities there is always room to join… or if you want to do your own thing, well do you.

Really just looking for someone that has a positive attitude.
