I have a basement bedroom for rent. There is semi-private entrance to the basement as shown on the picture (it is located just off of the front entrance of the house. There is also a large living area that would be for your use as well as your own full bathroom. The kitchen area and laundry would be shared. There is a patio and nicely landscaped back yard to enjoy as well. I am a single mom with two 7 year old boys, so you must be ok and like kids, looking to rent to a mature female. My house is a good size (2600 sq.ft) so space wouldnt be an issue with having them around all the time. We are located in the nice neighborhood of Royal Oak and close to Shopping and Stoney trail for easy access around the city. Currently I have a bed in the bedroom which could be removed if needed or I am also willing to negotiate it being furnished. One parking space in the driveway. I prefer to be contacted via email.
