  Will consider well trained/behaved pets. There is a large fenced dog friendly park beside the building.

A bit about me      

I'm a business development | sales professional who works close by in downtown Calgary.. Friendly, outgoing, mature with a sense of humor. I enjoy dining out and quieter evenings and long walks on the beach. 

I’m into fitness, snowboarding, and living healthy...Most of the time anyway.

My expectation is a compatible roommate who is willing to share the upkeep of the unit and someone who would be a clean and tidy individual who takes pride in their living space. My preference is for a working professional. Definitely no smoking and no partiers.. At the house that is.

Looking to find an interesting person to share my home with. If you are travelled, take care of yourself, we are off to a good start. Someone who is quiet, hygienic( you would be surprised!!!) and mindful.

Sidenote: I am studying mandarin and would love to have a native Mandarin speaker to live with.
