no couples, only clean individuals who know how to clean up after themselves . Only myself and the one occupant will be sharing the house... There's no public transit therefore a car is a must, not a walking distance location to downtown Cochrane.
I'm 50yrs quiet/private personality and usually sociallize at the nearest pub/restaurant. My interests include most sports with the exception of baseball/basketball which I do not like at all, lol. Not looking for a best friend, but someone clean/respectful whom I can share the house with.
