4. One late payment is allowed, but no more than 3 days.  $50 is charged for each day late.  Second late payment cause a contract termination with any cost of tenant.brbr

21.  Any reason with major fix of the house if the house not permit for you to stay within the house then you need go hotel ect... owner will discount you back with rent amount pro rate day by day which mean $117 per day credit back to you, and you will pay for your hotel or other place you choose to stay while the house fixing.  Moreover, if the utilities or other reason are down because of something beyond your control, such as weather, storm etc., that you are not responsible for costs you can not live in the home.br

22.  Compressor for car wash as is no replace or fix when not working etc..br

23.  Projector and DVD/ AMPs for Theather room no fix or replace when is broke.  br

 24.  This house is well water so very hard water.  We have water softener system you must maintain to add salt when is low with your expenses to ensure not hard water going to the boiler system or other if not system will do down plug so your expenses to fix this problem due to your lack duty of care.br
