#1 Convenience:
- Very walkable to Bubble Tea, Grocery, supermarket, Korean chicken, Restaurants, Pharmacy, 7-11, Tim ... etc.
- BRT Bus #301 is only few steps away. The Rapid Bus has frequent schedule and less stops than regular bus, so work or study in downtown is convenient. Even if you got a car, the Rapid Bus can help you save $$ in parking and time stuck in traffic.
- Drive? 1-3 mins away from Deerfoot Trail, Airport Trail, Country Hill Blvd, and Beddington Trail. These are major access that go across Calgary. Yet, we are NOT directly on a highway with all the traffic noise. The street parking is NOT busy at all. And as a corner house, we got about 5-6 street parking spot around the house.
- Green Area? yes, we got them as well. You can see the Nose Hill park from our family room, which is where our house is facing. There is a driving range, bicycle route, walking path for your leisure time. Behind the house, there is Harvest Hill Park, which has a jogging path along the lake. It's only 3-5 mins of walk from the house.
- Harvest Hill is a peaceful and safe community
The House:
- Corner lot, more openness to view and parking. 5-6 street parking available around our house
- Newer built house than most of the houses on Centre Street.
- Large and recently renovated kitchen, new stove, new dishwasher, new flooring, new microwave...etc.
- With a wet bar in lower level, that means more room for all to use.
- 2 pairs of Washer & Dryer. More usage time for everyone.
- 2.5 Bathroom (total)
- At a high ground, no worries about flash flood from hail or storm.

Will want to see credit history, employment record and history, and reference of previous landlord for tenants. If you are student, then a letter of admission or student card will be needed. We are looking for those who are responsible. Willing to clean up your own mess. No party and stuff. Computer Gamers are fine, as long as you don't shout , yell or bang on tables. Transportation - Bus (Downtown, Kensington...etc)
#301, 109, 116 to Downtown, less than half hour to downtown.
#832 to Kensington, Beddington, Madeleine D'Houet School
#88 to Huntington's bus loop.
Literally steps away from Bus Route #301, so if you work in Downtown, this is great. Do NOT need to climb a hill to the stop (NW is kinda hilly, but no problem at my place as we are at higher spot).Even if you have vehicle, you will appreciate the non-sense of traffic and lessen parking fee by taking bus to work.
Transportation - Vehicle (Airport, Deerfoot Tr.)
Airport Trail / 96 Ave is just 3-5 mins away
Deerfoot Trail, Beddington Trail and Country Hill Blvd are 3-5 mins away
Airport access is great! 8-10 min by car (not too close that you hear the takeoff).
In speaking of vehicle, there is plenty of street parking. Low crime rate means your vehicle is safer here.

The community is great. It is the center of everything in Calgary North plus the green space and view. Low crime rate, friendly and quiet community, it is a place to make friends. And if you look at Google map, you can see Harvest hill is surrounded by green space, parkway and golf field. The wide open space let you relax at home. Amenities are also near by, and all walkable (or super close distance). It could be something you want to pickup after work, or a good Sunday walk / scoot / bike. You can store your bike in our lockable rear shed (ask for details).
