Spacious 1 and 2 Bedrooms in Quiet Kingsmere Building

This building is close to Chinook Centre, easy access to Glenmore Trail and Macleod Trail. This building is a 3 storey walk-up and the suite we have available is on the top floor.

Heat and water are included. Outside parking stall with plugin is $25 a month. If you need an additional parking spot, there is plenty of street parking and a permit from the Calgary Parking Authority is required.


We have a spacious 1 and 2 bedroom suites available immediately with plenty of storage.

The monthly rent for a 1 bedroom suite is $950 to $975.

The monthly rent for a 2 bedroom suite ranges from $1150 to $1200.

The security deposit is one months rent and the lease term is 1 year. If you prefer a 6 months lease, the rent is increased by $50 a month.

There is a coin-operated laundry room on-site.
