You have your very own deck area, dedicated to the suite, directly at the back of the property, it is a concrete pad, so feel free to put in a row of planted pots, or what ever makes you happy. there is also space to put in a large outdoor storage shed if you so wished as well, tucked in just behind the stairway. Previous owners used this method for some storage in the past, so, for those who need the extra that’s an option.

Closets: There is one Wardrobe in the suite. The bathroom has a little nook, that would be perfect for a dresser, to make getting ready in the morning that much easier.

SUNSET VIEW, EVERY NIGHT. Walk 1 minute to Scotsman’s hill every night, and watch the beautiful sunset over the city.

The famous Crossroads Market, is within walking distance, or a very short drive or cycle. Find a full food market and farmers market here, as well as a food fair, filled with local merchants and farmers. People come from all over the city to shop at this market! Browse for books and collectibles.

Safeway is quite close and is a short drive to 4th street and 25th Ave. S.W.

Walk/bike to work!

Bicycle to work or the shops and restaurants of downtown in 12 minutes!

Inglewood is full of renowned restaurants, eateries, pubs and live music venues, Italian deli, fine dining, the Calgary Zoo (you can hear the Lions roar from your door), Cafe's, Antique shops, Art Galleries and artist studios.

You are only a short drive to Safeway and the Crossroads market,(which you could walk to) with its fresh produce and other items.

What's really close?

Ice cream 1 block, Reds restaurant down the hill, Arts centre and Film studios, The Crossroads Market is very close with Produce, art, collectibles etc. 4th SW street and its Restaurants, Downtown is very close!, 17th ave SW and its shops, services, clubs, restaurants etc. etc. The Talisman Centre (Calgary's premier sports facility, gym, pool) Casinos and night life, 2 rivers and their pathways.

Road access:

Deerfoot trail, Blackfoot tail, Memorial Drive, Macleod Trail, access is very close and quick.

Close to 9th ave and 12 ave SW and access to Downtown, Inglewood, Calgary Zoo, Memorial drive off of 9th ave and then 11th ave is very close as well. Macleod trail is about 1km away. So this spot is very close to many of the cities most busy and quickest motorways, you have many choices! not to mention the pathways.

Parks:

This location couldn't be better for parks and waterways.

You can walk 2 blocks to a park that overlooks the whole city. Walk down the hill and you are at the Elbow river pathway, which winds along the river, and goes past the 4th ST. SW area and Mission area and Safeway, and will take you all the way up to the Glenmore Reservoir South and its pathways that connect you to Fish Creek Park even! (Quite a ride)

Or, go north along this path, only a few blocks, and meet the Bow river pathways which run along both banks of the river where you can ride on for hours at leisure. Ride to downtown along the bike path in 15 mins, or the Zoo and Eu Claire market.

The Inglewood bird sanctuary is very close.
The River Pathways have been renewed the past few years, and the path ways are truly a beautiful joy to walk and discover.

There is a local park only steps away, with Tennis facilities and a toboggan hill.

Anyway you slice it, there are great places to go for evening strolls, Rollerblades, or bicycle rides, if thats off to work or a casual walk on a lazy Sunday.

Schools:

There are several schools near by, and even one Heritage school that is within short walking distance.

Windows and doors:
