Beautiful Confederation Park is a short walk away and there are two retail centers with great amenities (pharmacy, post office, liquor, restaurants, coffee, gas) just steps from your door.

There are several bus stops nearby with routes servicing UofC, SAIT, Downtown and Brentwood LRT Station, making this location ideal for students. This area is fantastic for bicycle commuters too! Northmount Dr, Cambrian Dr, and 10th Street all feature bike lanes in both directions and allow for direct access to the Bow River pathway system. Downtown is easily accessible and cab/uber fares are usually less than $15 from most areas of the core.
