The Building: This place is huge; approximately 3000 sq ft of space over 3 floors. 2 bedrooms in the loft and 2 on the second floor with plenty of common space between the rooms. 9' ceilings throughout. Kitchen is equipped with a stove, 2 fridges and microwave. There is a large BBQ available for use on the rear patio. On site management is readily available to perform all necessary maintenance.

You have experience living in a cooperative living environment and considering that, you are comfortable living your own life, etching out your own personal space, conducting yourself in a quiet and respectful manner as to not disturb others. You are comfortable in your own skin and are a pleasure to be around. You have a peaceful demeanor, and naturally exhibit kindness and respect to other tenants in the property. You value the property you live in as if it’s your own and adhere to and respect the rules set forth in the dwelling. The attributes clean, tidy, quiet and respectable are a part of your personal fabric. You always consider what impact your personal decisions within the property have on the others living there and conduct yourself accordingly. You always make a conscious effort to clean up after yourself immediately after using the kitchen including all dishes, cutlery and all affected surfaces. You leave the area clean as a measure of respect towards others wishing to use that space after you.
