The master suite is for rent. It includes a full bathroom and a walk through closet. The unit is fully furnished other than the master suite. Each month's rent covers internet, heat, water and electricity.

Your heated underground parking spot is included. There is shared use of a storage locker and in-suite laundry. Amenities include a theatre, hot tub, games room and a fitness centre.


With over 900 square feet and 9 foot ceilings, there is plenty of space and lots of natural light. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, separated by the kitchen and living room. It is a corner unit with a large wrap around terrace.

The building has onsite security and an amazing new management company. There is a concierge who works business hours and is always available to help with day-to-day questions or concerns about the building.

This is the perfect place for someone who works downtown or simply wants to enjoy all that Calgary has to offer! I am a female in my mid twenties going to school full time and working part time. You would have a great deal of privacy as I am always out and about.
