Seeking Roommate - Country Hills Village $660 including all utilities

I currently have one, unfurnished bedroom available for rent (sized 10'2" x 11'10") which includes your own use of a bathroom, outdoor parking spot and access to a shared in-suite washer/dryer. Rent is $660 monthly with heat, water, electricity and wireless internet all included. Damage deposit is also $660.

This is a great open-spaced 1050 sq ft, 2-bed 2-bath condo in NE Calgary (the two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo for added privacy). It's a corner unit on the second floor with tons of natural light year round, a large living room, gas fireplace, and a very roomy balcony. Please keep in mind that the room accommodates only one person, per rental.

The condo is an 8-10 min drive to/from the airport (perfect for flight attendants, pilots or airport staff) and 15-20 min to the core and to the University of Calgary. Sobeys, Shoppers, Second Cup, Tim Horton's, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Landmark Cinemas, Superstore, Future Shop, Staples, Vivo Rec Center (which houses a gym as well as a public library) and many other restaurants and facilities are all within walking distance. There is a park and ride located south the building (roughly a 7-minute walk) with express buses to downtown (35 min ride). And best of all, you'll have a beautiful community pond right in your own backyard to enjoy!

As for myself, I'm a female in my 30's who has a passion for the arts - and yes, that means I dabble in pretty much anything and everything that's creative. I adore a night of great music and dancing, but simultaneously crave mountain adventures, and curling up with a good book. I've been described as a fun-loving, kind and considerate person who is respectful of others space and property and absolutely expect the same in return.

I'm looking for a non-smoker (no exceptions on this one), who's either a professional, or student (SAIT/AUarts/MRU/UofC) and is mature as well as clean and tidy*. A 6 month (or longer) rental would be ideal but shorter term rentals are also negotiable depending on the individual - preferably nothing less than 3 months though.
