In business since 1979, we specialize in the corporate relocation market, helping those who relocated due to work but want to keep their home for their expected return and therefore choose to rent out their home. When appropriate, we work closely with relocation agents who in turn assist families moving to Calgary for work and help find quality homes to rent during their stay.

We work with you throughout the rental process. We can help make sure the home is ready to rent (assisting with setting up cleaners, for example) and we can check the home while it is vacant (a frequent insurance requirement). We manage the advertising, screen applicants, show the property, negotiate leases, complete move-in/ move-out inspections and take care of the regular and emergency maintenance at the home.

We have had clients who have used our services for only a few years, and other that have been with us for over 30 years. We have also developed strong relationships with contractors, many of whom have been working with us for 15 to 20 years. We are proud of the work we do and the homes we manage.
