Hello!

I have owned this ol’ house for the past 13 years. I've spent countless hours renovating, upgrading and caring for it. It was built in 1930 and has had many face lifts since.

The backyard is like a little retreat. A cozy little nook where the sun shines in and I can hear the birds tweet. Come September, the apple tree will be ready to feast on and come Spring you can plant what a little garden in the back. I can share with you the best crops to grow!

The house is less than 2km from the river valley, which we all know has the best trails in the world. I am a short walk away from Otto the new sausage and craft beer restaurant and you can also call the Italian Centre your main grocery store. You have no idea how much I miss that place!

The entire home has been upgraded and there are three bedrooms upstairs and a small bedroom in the basement with ample storage.

I need someone who isn’t afraid to perhaps screw in a screw or nail in a nail or the odd thing that happens. Someone capable of upkeeping the yard in the summer, which really only requires a few weeds to be pulled and cutting the almost non-existing lawn in the front. If other things need up keep while you are there, I am a super pro-active landlord and will get on it to arrange it to be fixed. I just need good communication from you.

The front and back yard has been landscaped with rocks and mulch, so very little work to be done. I’ve recently put in all new appliances and a new furnace, so the bills are manageable. It’s a quaint, cozy, safe place and in an area with a community feel.
