The house is shared part-time with one other person, very clean (male, remote worker, often not home for 1-2 weeks/mo). This room might be ideal for another shift/remote worker, or someone full time. House is smaller but very nice, new and clean with a good deck/yard in summer and snow removal in winter. House is fully furnished with everything a person needs. Room rental comes with full access to main living areas of house, including laundry, kitchen, living room, free internet/heat/water and split electricity. There is no cable tv but you can pay to add it to owner's Shaw account if you want it. Lots of street parking. Month to month or longer term agreement. Located 5 minute drive from Walmart, Sobeys, Superstore, Shoppers, Starbucks, McDonalds, Gas, Liquor and major banks. 5 minute drive to the Henday. 10 minute drive to South Edmonton Common. 20 minute drive to YEG. 25 minute drive to WEM and 30 minutes to Downtown. There's an 'on-demand' ETS bus to Millwoods.
