We are looking for a responsible tenants to occupy this non-smoking, non-cannabis home. While we are interested in long term renters, we have had bad luck with tenants who do not treat the property like the home it is, so we will make all rental agreements short term (1-3 months) and with positive results we hope to turn the contract into a long term one. As landlords we will visit the property on occasion to ensure our home is being well taken care of. Respectful, kind tenants only need apply.
