IN 1989
York Property Management (York) was established over 28 years ago to manage residential property exclusively for our investors. Since then York has set the standard for our staff to follow. We strive to be well informed, to develop excellent tenant relations and to provide enjoyable living experiences. York is constantly trying to surpass expectations. It is a challenge that we look forward to every day.
THE ORGANIZATION
York currently owns & manages over 3,000 residential rentals at over 45 properties. We offer a variety of layouts in both apartments buildings and town homes which accommodate a diverse demographic of young professionals, couples, families, immigrants, students and seniors. We are committed to providing our residents with quality living solutions by constantly improving our properties. We continuously reinvest and improve our properties in order to provide modern finishes, enhanced security measures and environmentally friendly options. The organization participates in community events and charitable activities wherever possible.
