This recently converted apartment building, less than a 10 minute walk to University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus, boasts high ceilings and wonderful architectural features.  It consists of private, 3, and 4 bedroom suites. 

--Private Room in Shared Suites:  $650/month/student (including utilities)

The 3 and 4 bedroom suites have shared common room areas and come furnished with a fridge, stove, kitchen table, chairs, and sofa. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and chair. 2 full, separate bathrooms within suite.

Note that the rental rate is independent of the number of students occupying a suite.  As such, you do not need to have enough students to fill a shared suite at the time of your application, and suites will be filled as need be!

The private apartment suites come furnished with a fridge, stove, kitchen table and chair, bed, dresser, desk and chair and have their own full private bathroom.

No smoking, no pets.  3 (Summer term only), 4, 8, and 12 month lease options available.
