Bright, Spacious Suite

I have a legal basement suite available for November 1st. It is a 2 bedroom/ (1bdrm + large den), with a separate entrance. As you walk up to the suite's entrance, you will find your own fully fenced deck. Upon entering your suite, you will be welcomed with the heated tile floors. Then we move on to the in-suite laundry. The laundry area has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience and an area to hang dry your delicates.

The primary suite is a spacious place for you to relax and rejuvenate. It features a spacious closet with a built-in organizer. There is plenty of room for a king-size bed with room for a sitting area if you like.

The second room can be used as a bedroom or an office; it is also large. You can fit a queen-sized bed and still have room for dressers and side tables. (note this room doesn't have a closet)

Full Kitchen:
Fridge, stove, dishwasher, with plenty of cupboards to hold all your essentials.
The bathroom in this suite is pure bliss! It features heated floors, a custom vanity, and a steam shower.

You will find storage under the stairs to keep seasonal items close at hand.

The tenant would be responsible for your WIFI and cable.
