Ideal For A Young Responsible Professional or Mature Student

Room for rent in our Varsity home on a quiet cul de sac. We (a couple) are looking to rent out a furnished main floor room in our house to a mature, quiet, non smoking/vaping and responsible individual. Our house is close to the U of C, Market Mall, public transportation and Bowmont Park. The renter will share all the common areas of our house such as kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and yard. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms in the house and the renter will have almost exclusive use of the bathroom shown in the photos. There is a desk available for use. We do not have pets but we dogsit our daughter's two small dogs on occasion. We require previous rental reference, work or personal reference and proof of employment or school registration.
