We have two rooms for rent and looking for MALE students. Each room is furnished with a bed, a bookshelf, a lamp, a table, and a chair. Furnished common areas include TV, coffee table, sofa, in-suite laundry, and kitchen. There will be a cleaning lady to clean the common area once a month.

The house is conveniently close to all amenities including:

- Safeway, and North Hill shopping center, Dollarama etc.

- Walking distance to C-train (Lion park station, Banff Trail station)

- A few steps away from bus stops: bus 65 to Downtown West or Market Mall, bus 105 to Lions Park, Dalhousie station). 5 bus stops away from Sait with bus 105 stopping at the back parking lot of SAIT near Clayton Carroll

- Easy access to John Laurie Blvd, Crowchild, and 14th Street is only 15 minutes to the downtown core.

House rules: no smoking, no pets, no party, no guests, no drugs; including marijuana, respect other tenants, and keep the common area clean.

- Double bed room : 680 + utilities ( $60 - $80/month)

- Double bed room with in-suite 2 piece washroom: $750 plus utilities ( $60 - $80 / month)
