The Springhill building is all about the location - enjoy a short walk to all services. Springhill is conveniently located near the Northern Lights College, recreational center, the high school, Fort Nelson General Hospital, Spray Park, Skate Park, Art Fraser Park and our local museum.

All suites include: Heat, hot water, fridge, stove, and balconies (excluding bachelor suites).

Standard and upgraded suites available. Select suites include dark or light laminate flooring, plush carpets, upgraded cabinets, new appliances, new countertop, large balconies, master bedrooms with additional balconies off bedrooms. Small in-suite storage areas are included.

Springhill is a locked, secure building equipped with an intercom system, and illuminated parking in electrified designated spots. The building is wheel chair accessible for ground floor suites, offers card operated laundry facilities on each floor, and  guest parking. Cats are permitted. Enjoy living worry free with our 24-hour emergency maintenance.
