The Dahlsen is an adult-only, three story walkup located at 1030 – 12 Ave SW in the Beltline district. The location is near grocery stores, restaurants and is within walking distance to transit and the downtown core. There are no charge laundry facilities in the building and parking is available for a fee. Maximum occupancy is one adult and the building is not pet-friendly. Some units come with a fold down murphy bed. Note that photos may be of a similar unit and not exactly as shown.
