We are creating a little community in our house. We are three people currently living in a 4-level-split house. We gather to eat dinner together, play Anomia, make crafts, and tell stories. We are vaccinated, we recycle, the house has solar panels, we debate the state of the world – if only the world would listen to us! The home really belongs to Charlie and Franklin, the resident black cats.

Available August 2 or any time after

The house:

• The house is furnished.

• Everyone contributes to the cleanliness of the house.

• Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and two more common spaces, including a gas fireplace.

• A kitchenette located on the same level as your room has a mini fridge, cupboards, kettle, coffee maker, and dishware and cutlery.

• Quiet hours are 11pm Sunday to Thursday nights and 1am on Friday and Saturday nights.

☀️Your space:

• Your room is in the sub-basement level, with lots of sunlight.

• The same level as your bathroom, which you will share with one other person.

• It also has a large walk-in closet.

Safety:

• No illegal activity.

• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the house.

• Carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors are located throughout the house.

• Fire extinguishers and fire retardant blankets are located on every level.

Transportation:

• Centrally located.

• 30 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to UofC on the bus.

• 30 minutes biking to UofC

• Plenty of street parking.

Lease can be 90 + days or 1 year

Rent is $700 + Shared utilities among all residents. Average utilities is $100 (your share) in the winter and much less in the summer as we have solar panels.
