Share a unit with 2 Aussies!

Looking for a flatmate? WE ARE!! Our French flatmate is homesick and is leaving us permanently between June to Aug (negotiable!) . So have a room and private bathroom in BLVD Beltline in the Downtown Calgary area, opposite the Stampede grounds available for the remainder of our lease. As we will be halfway through our lease, (ends 28th March) there wont be a 12mth commitment for you which is a huge bonus! Great for trying out the city area. We would even consider a 3 mth commitment to see if we are a match!

The link is below, so you can see the amazing amenities we have to offer. My husband is a Mader employee, so he is only home every 2 weeks and we have alot of trips planned for the end of the year, so wont be around too much. 30th floor, great view, small verandah.

We are happy for a couple, or a single person. We personally pay more $1529 for our ensuited bedroom plus we pay all the utilities, just to make it easier. I just use my phone internet for watching netflix.
