I have a one bedroom suit for rent on 12 ave downtown. The damage deposit is same a month rent.

This place has gone through a few upgrades over the years and it has one bedroom, a full bathroom and a living room. A very nice kitchen,It has a nice balcony facing south and very relaxing place.

It is a perfect place for individuals working or studying downtown or in the city core. It has a very nice balcony with newer windows and lots of sunshine. We welcome your pet after knowing about them and discussion on a reasonable pet fee. I had a previous tenant living here for more than years and moved as they got their own place.


This is a few blocks away from 17 ave and walking distance to the C train station. Great location with a very reasonable price.


The damage deposit is one month of rent.

Tenet pays for 33% of the utilities (150 -220 roughly on average )

You must have good references and proof of income.
