Outdoor patio is easily accessible from the inside or the outside and has hook-up for a natural gas BBQ. This apartment faces west and is close to the school.

The apartment comes with 1 underground secured heated parking stall, 1 surface parking stall and 1 storage locker. Street parking can be a challenge to find, so having 2 DEDICATED parking stalls is a HUGE BONUS, especially in the winter! If you don't need the extra parking, landlord allows for subletting the surface stall, which can fetch up to $100/mo. Mail is collected just inside the main entrance of the building, close to your unit.
