About the unit: 872 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus large in-suite storage room/laundry room. Full sized washer and dryer. Lovely east facing balcony. Includes 1 parking spot in the garage. Cats and small dogs allowed. Note main bedroom has a King sized bed in it to give a perspective on size.
Community: Located in Killarney, my place is an 11 min walk to the C-Train station and a quick commute via bike, transit or drive to the University of Calgary, Foothills Hospital and Alberta Children's Hospital. The trendy 17th Ave is walking distance as well. Easy access out of the city to the mountains.
This apartment has been my home for the last three years however I will be moving for school. I am looking for minimum 10 months lease (Mid-August 2026 to June 2027) with the option to rent for the whole year of that suites you better. There is also an option to have this place furnished for $2300/month.
Renters will need ID, proof of income, or enrolment in post-secondary with adequate funds and a guarantor document, reference from previous landlord or employer if you have not lived independently before and credit check.
