2. Unfortunately no parking is available at the building however there are a number of parking options in the area. Parking would be the responsibility of the resident.
3. This building is strictly Non-smoking.
4. Pictures may not be of the exact suite that is available, but of one with a similar floorplan and updates.
5. Norfolk Housing requires all residents to have current tenant insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability.
6. Norfolk is pet friendly, however all pets must be approved. Pets are limited to one (1) small breed dog or cat below 10kg at maturity, and must be approved by Norfolk Housing. There is a pet fee.
7. Applicants must attend the viewing themselves, no representatives can be sent in their place.
