Important Notes

  1. The 3 car garage in the back (not attached) has a laneway suite built overtop of it. You will never see the tenant in the laneway unless you are staring out the window at the moment they are walking down their stairs. There is an entire/large yard separating the main house from the garage and the laneway tenant parks in the back in designated paved spots. They also have their own upper deck completely hidden behind a massive tree. I am very selective on my tenant and being so close to the hospital it is usually a surgeon who is never home.
  2. The basement of the MAIN house is a completely separate suite with a separate entrance if for example 4 people wanted to share the home and have 2 people fully contained upstairs (each having their own bedroom and full bathroom) and 2 fully contained in the basement suite (each having their own bedroom and sharing a large full bath) OR if you wanted your parents to be downstairs in a fully contained suite. I am NOT renting the up/down separately but you have the option to use it as 2 suites if you choose OR 1 larger family home utilizing both the up and the down.
