Room available in a 3 bedroom high rise luxury condo for May. Rent includes all utilities, including Wi-Fi, as well as access to the condo building's common area. Bedroom furniture is provided, must supply your own linen.

Amenities include a gym, a pool, multiple outdoor spaces with barbecues for socializing, and a party room.

It's fully furnished and located in the Eau Claire area. It's just a 15-minute walk from the 4th Street LRT station and close to several bus stops making it a convenient location for both students and professionals.

A little about me. I'm a female in my early twenties entering my last year at the U of Calgary where I study Philosophy and Greek and Roman studies. I'm a quiet and respectful person, spending most my evenings studying, reading or knitting. I make a point of keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy. I also enjoy the occasional outing like shopping or exploring local coffee shops and bookstores, which I call my "mini-adventures". I'd love to find a roommate who might be interested in joining me on those from time to time. The condo is perfect for working downtown or attending university and has direct access to Princess Island Park.
