Available immediately. I have a guest room i would like to rent out for single male/female occupant (University student or professional). I am not open to married couples or groups of 2 in one room. The room comes with a double bed futon with a multi-level shelf. Home also has storage area in case additional space needed, but not a ridiculous amount. Initially, a guest room in the basement is available, but a bedroom on the main floor is also available. This is a single family home.

The home has 3.5 bathrooms. The basement guest room has access to a bathroom with walk-in shower. Renter has full access to the shared kitchen, living room and laundry included on site. Additional food storage in garage fridge. Utilities are included in the rent as is wi-fi. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and gas stations in Mckenzie Towne and at the 130th Avenue shopping area. South Health Campus in Seton is also 10 minutes away. Parking is available on street. Very close to transit routes. I'm looking for a female adult who works full time outside of the home, or a mature student. A male would be acceptable under specific conditions. No Additional Pets ALLOWED. Room availability is immediate. Serious Inquiries only please and thank you for looking. Rent is $700 per month with a damage deposit of $700 and this is based on a one year lease. Rent is $800 per month with a damage deposit of $800 if you want to rent month to month. You will be expected to help out with home cleaning duties as needed.
