2 rooms for rent to one person in a Marlborough Park townhouse. You will be sharing the house with the owners, a married couple in their 40's and 50's with an indoor only house cat. She is employed while he is retired. We enjoy our quiet laid back lifestyle.

Amenities: 1/2 block from strip mall with drugstore, medical offices, Atlas Pizza, Dairy Queen, Chinese restaurant, barbershop, Circle K and Dollarama.

1 block to Penbrooke bus terminal and routes 1, 42, 49, 67 and 127. 15-minute bus ride or 10-minute drive to Marlborough Mall and train station, Robertson, Makami and CDI colleges. Tenant who either takes transit or has a smaller vehicle preferred. More photos upon request.

We are looking for a mature (30+) tenant , who picks up after themselves and keeps their rooms clean. Must speak fluent English and be familiar with Canadian culture. Proof of a steady income is required.

Tenant must provide all own personal supplies, except toilet paper and hand soap. Kitchenware and new bed linens/blankets are provided if you have none. Your PRIVATE sitting room has a new Roku TV Housekeeper cleans all common areas every 2 weeks. You will have full house and backyard privileges.

Alcohol must be stored and consumed in your rooms only. Outdoor Vaping of cigarettes and 420 is fine. No joints or cigarettes.

We will ask all applicants to show valid ID, proof of income and at least 1 reference required before move in date is set.
