My current roommate is relocating, and I am looking for one young professional to rent a spacious and beautiful room in my two-bedroom apartment. You will share the apartment with only one person (myself). This is a great place for someone who is looking for a mature and peaceful style of living.

The apartment is at a very convenient location from downtown and very close to train stations with bus stand right in front of the building. Chinook mall, grocery stores and great restaurants are in your reach within few minutes. The Glenmore reservoir loops are also located nearby (I go there every other weekend for a refreshing walk).

With respect to amenities:

• Your room has a beautiful view of green lawn and refreshing trees (which I personally think is one of the most important factors to consider when renting).
• Room gets considerable sunlight during the daytime and evenings are just serene.
• Hard vinyl floors add a sophisticated touch to the place and are very easy to clean.
• The room is furnished with brand new IKEA furniture and is spotless clean.
• Your room will have one decent size closet which is more than enough for one person’s use.
• The washroom is super neat as seen in the photos.
• You also get to use in suite laundry and all the functional steel appliances in a spacious kitchen.
• Rest of the apartment is fully furnished and very clean.
• Apartment also has a beautiful patio to enjoy your evening tea.

I appreciate cleanliness and being organized. These are important factors to consider while considering your new place. I am not a party or loud person and I like to enjoy a peaceful and quiet environment in my place after long work hours. I am potentially looking for a young professional like myself. I am a respectful, clean and organized guy and these are the same traits that I expect from the new tenant. A proof of reliable source of income and references must be provided to do a background check. And honestly, I love animals (donkeys are my fav) but don't want to keep pets in my home. :)
