It is a beautiful unit with a 7 minute walk right to whyte ave, 2 minute walk to mill creek park, and a 5 minute walk to the river valley and Saskatchewan drive. Tons of amenities near the condo building like food, pubs, gas station, coffee shops and the river valley.

The building has a bus stop right near it, so easy access to downtown or the University of Alberta or donwtown. It is a very quiet, professional and clean building. I have never had a problem with it in 7 years.

The unit is partially furnished including a coffee table, side table, hutch, paintings on the wall, chair, TV, etc. The unit will not have a kitchen table nor a mattress or bed frame.
