Available in the Sunridge area of Airdrie (June 1st or sooner).
I’m a nice, friendly 47 year old Christian male, born and raised in Calgary (overnight shift worker) living with my Filipina partner whom are both easy going and laid back. Seeking a suitable, mature, responsible and clean individual to share my bi-level home with. The house is very big, nice and clean and features five bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
The property also includes a spacious backyard, patio and storage sheds. I am seeking a single tenant who is non-smoking, drug free (social drinking is ok) and ideally interested in a long-term stay, beginning with a month-to-month lease. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, conveniently close to Highway 2 and Main Street. Grocery stores, gyms, shopping centers, and more are within walking distance.
Rent is $900 per month plus 30% utilities which comes to around $150 or less extra so around $1000 total a month. High speed Internet, cable including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ & Crave, and home security through Telus is included for free. A one-month damage deposit is required and references may be requested.
