Essentials You NEED to know:

-Two bedroom BSMT suite, Location provides awesome convenience. I'm looking for clean and quiet tenant.

-It's located in Bonavista and very close to 5 main shopping centers. It's within walking distance to bus 29 5969 - WB Lake Sylvan DR @ Lake Wapta RI SE (2 min) which takes you directly to Anderson C-Train station. Here is a transit map: ***

-This is a basement suite; however, have no fear because there are LARGE bedroom windows (more than double the size of most basement windows - check out the pictures).

-Our family (two adults + one 2yr old child) live upstairs. There is a locked door between our separate units and no need to go to each others space (e.g. we both have separate laundry facilities).

-Fully furnished with double size beds and bed-frames, dressers, kitchen table/chairs, lazy boy chair. Although it's furnished with everything you NEED, there is still space if you're interested in bringing furniture you may WANT.

-Microwave, dishwasher, recently new washer/dryer (not coin operated!)

Other things you WANT to know:

-Air conditioned. whole house air conditioning for the summer.

-Water Quality. Whole house water softener, Grander Conditioning and Chlorine filter. Awesome for your skin, hair and body.

-In-floor heating throughout (no need for slippers!). You have your our own thermostat to control heat.

-Backyard with a view, BBQ, bird feeders and bathing pond, perennial garden and veggie/herb gardens. If you like gardening you're more than welcome to.

Requirements and Next Steps:

-No parties, no smoking, no pets, no kids below school age, no exceptions. When I show you the place I'll be asking you questions to ensure this is understood.

-If you like the place and I can ensure you'll be a quiet, clean and overall good tenant, you'll complete a rental application form.

-From the application, a credit check and a criminal record check is done so I can ensure you'll be able to pay the rent and that I don't have a criminal living in my house! :)
