Female roommate is preferred as all other roommates are females. Fully furnished room. Sunny bedrooms with big windows. Nice and clean. Close to all schools and amenities.

ATTENTION: NOT 420 friendly house! We have tenant with asthma. No smoking is allowed indoors or near the house. And the house will be inspected once a month.

5-min walk to bus stops, where you can take buses to Lions park Ctrain station and North hill Mall within 5 mins and to SAIT within 10 mins. Or you can walk to Banff Trail Ctrain Station, which takes about 12 mins. Once you get on the Ctrain, downtown is just one or two stops away, depending on which station you go to. From Lions Park Station, you can take a bus to Foothill hospital within 6 mins. Our place is also in 5-min walking distance to Confederation Park where you can go jogging and walking.
