Female Roommate for Master Bedroom in a Shared Home

Move in June 1. Looking for a female to share our home in Deer Run. The master bedroom is on the second level with big windows to the beautiful back yard and green space. Includes a private bathroom. The room is very large with a queen-sized bed and a desk. Huge closets in the room. The furniture included is not as shown in the picture

You will be welcome to use our full kitchen on the main level and relax on the deck in our very private wooded backyard.

We live one block from Fish Creek Park and the Bow River pathway system. We also have access to transit one block from our house.

We are a family of two semi-retired young at heart people. We have another lady living in our basement suite. Our adult children, grandchildren and grand dogs visit regularly. The house isn’t always tidy, but we are fun-loving and friendly and love to share our lives with others.

On main floor shared space: 1/2 bath, large, bright kitchen, dining room, living room and TV room, tranquil south-facing deck among gardens and treed areas. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Free street parking.

7-minute drive to grocery and liquor stores, restaurants, banks, dry cleaners, cafes, post office, dentist, health clinic, hair and nail salon. 15-minute drive to Superstore and Costco at Heritage Meadows, 2 minute walk to bus stop for commutes.

No parties but occasional friends to visit is fine, no drugs, no heavy drinking. Smoking outside only. Monthly rent includes utilities, internet. Deposit is 1 month’s rent. No pets.

Three month minimum lease required and then month to month.
