What I'm offering:

I’m offering a room in my home. It’s a comfortable, clean, and peaceful environment shared with myself and one other female roommate. The private room comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, an ottoman, a bedside table, and a laptop desk with wheels.

The house has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area on the main floor. The sliding back door opens to a deck that gets great sun in the afternoon and evening. There are three bedrooms on the second floor - yours, the master bedroom which I use and another room which is occupied by another female renter. The bathroom on the second floor and the washroom on the main floor will be shared with the other roommate. I have my own bathroom in the master bedroom. There’s also a lounge in the basement that can be used as a common area by all the occupants.

The neighbourhood:

This house is situated in the peaceful area of Tuscany, just a 13-minute walk from the train station. A 4-minute drive or 15-minute walk will bring you to the commercial area with Sobeys and Starbucks. Twelve Mile Coulee Park is within 5 minutes' driving distance; it takes less than 15 minutes to drive to University of Calgary or 30 minutes by train including the walk from the house. Downtown is 20 minutes away by car when it's not rush hour, or around 40+ minutes using the public transport and on foot.

What I'm looking for:

I’m looking for a very clean and considerate female roommate who doesn’t smoke or use recreational drugs. I also have two sweet and friendly cats, so you must be comfortable living with them.

I am a female professional who enjoys reading, watching movies, going for walks and meeting friends in my leisure time.

I will require two references.

A quick note on viewings:
Because this is our home, not an open house, I do a video chat first to make sure we’re a good match before scheduling an in-person viewing. This helps avoid unnecessary disruptions for current tenants and ensures the space stays comfortable and safe for everyone.
