There is a kid's park with green space in front and walking park/green space and ponds behind the house with easy access. Vaulted ceiling in living room. Shared fully-equipped kitchen with newer dishwasher, high-power blender, bread machine, hardwood floors, gas stove, microwave. Shared entertainment centre with hifi sound system, flatscreen TV, high speed wifi internet, (Amazon Prime Video Disney +). Security cameras. Gas fireplace. Good neighbourhood and good neighbours.

Backyard with Kamado charcoal BBQ and gas BBQ, fire pit and access to green spacewith trails, a natural spring and ponds in the back.

Well-behaved pets are negotiable with an extra $50/mo for cat and $100/mo for a dog. Renter must cleanup after the pet or a cleaning fee will be incurred. Landlord has a cat and dog so pets would have to be socialized.

Price is for one person. Rent is $350 more for a 2nd person/couple sharing a room for more wear and tear and utilities. I get along well with students or travellers, not looking someone who is home all day. Must be clean and help with daily chores. I love to travel the world by backpack and motorcycle.
