This self contained suite includes a queen bed, night stands, dresser, bathroom with tub/shower, living room, pull out sectional sofa, fireplace, television, eating area kitchenette with mini fridge; microwave, hot plate, air fryer.Renters will have full access to the furnished sunny front patio, rear deck and HOT TUB. The main entrance to the home is shared with myself (homeowner) my adult daughter who works and is attending University, and my two Goldendoodle dogs. For that reason compatibility for all involved is very important. I am looking for a mature and responsible working professional or University student. References will be called. I am a full time student in Prodessional Counseling who enjoys the arts, keeping active, gardening, reading, writing, entertaining and relaxing. I have a daughter who is working and also attending university.
