House In New Brighton - Clean, Quiet

We are looking for a roommate(s)! My partner and I are looking to share this house with another person. We would be ideally looking to share with a single (1300) or a couple (1850). We are there only occasionally there for business or a weekend. (A weekend or couple business days a month). Meaning the house would be all to yourself the majority of the time! (Would consider two singles in the each of the two available bedrooms)

Looking to get someone in the master bedroom, with attached full ensuite bathroom, large walk in closet. There is also another bedroom upstairs that could be used as an office or for guests. As well as a couple parking spots in the three-car heated garage. Basement is unfinished but great for storage.

The house is allergen free! All brand new carpet. Furnace professionally cleaned recently.

The home has 3 bedrooms up, 2 full baths up, and a half on the main. The basement is unfinished. Covered parking in the garage in the back and street parking out front.

My partner works infrequently from her company's Calgary office and is also working on her masters in the evenings and maybe need to be in the city to support her studies. Otherwise we work out of town and are gone most of the time. We are clean and quiet young professionals. We don't party or smoke. Typically spend our free time outdoors when we can. We are looking to share our space with like individuals. (young professionals, students)

Located not even 5 minutes to 130th and Mackenzie Towne - Everything you could need nearby. Super quick on to Deerfoot and Stoney - Nothing is that far in the city anymore.
