Room B – $700/month (Available Sept01)

Unfurnished, private keyed upstairs bedroom with:

• Built-in closet

• Ceiling light/fan

• Backyard-facing window

• Optional: Can be furnished similarly to Room A upon request

Single occupancy only (no couples).

About the Home & Me

You’ll be sharing the home with me and my dog, Sarge — a 1.5-year-old Doberman who’s extremely friendly, well-trained, and doesn't bark (yes, even when the doorbell rings). He’s not allowed on furniture, doesn’t beg, and has free roam of common areas.

I work in a professional role, volunteer locally, and enjoy cooking, vehicle mechanics, and motorcycle riding. The home has a balanced vibe — respectful and quiet when needed, but social and friendly when everyone’s around.

Tenants are not expected to care for the dog, just be comfortable having him around.

House Preferences

• Long-term preferred, flexible lease

• One month damage deposit

• Non-smoking home

• No additional pets

• No regular overnight guests (keeps the home comfortable for everyone)
