* Soft credit check (does not affect score)
* Proof of income or employment

All information is confidential and used only for screening.

DEPOSIT
The deposit secures the room and removes it from the market. If the applicant cancels before move-in, the deposit may be retained in whole or in part to cover losses incurred as a result of holding the room.
