Midnapore: Two private bedrooms, and shared kitchen, family room, laundry, sun room (currently have 2 young working males, one is temporary).
Utilities and internet included.
- Parking available. Close to shopping and transit.
- $850 for first room: spacious master bedroom, furnished, queen bed, 2 closets, ensuite bathroom.
- $750 for 2nd room: large, furnished (double bed, desk, etc), and uses shared bathroom.
The kitchen is furnished with the basic needs.
There's a full pantry cupboard for each person to store their food, supplies, and any personal pots, pans, knives, containers, etc. that you wish to have. All shared items should be cleaned after use and left ready for others.
- Each person needs to bring their own bedding and towels.
- I am easy going, easy to talk to, and not easily upset, and the current tenants are the same. We want to share the house with others who are similar. If you are a young, working male or female, personable, respectful with the shared spaces, and pay your rent on time, you may be a good fit. I'm looking for tenants who will be respectful of others and keep the shared spaces clean and tidy, so it remains comfortable for everyone.
Please no smoking, drugs, or parties. No additional pets - there's already a dog in the house (mine).
